How do I invite a hiring manager to view Searchlight references?

First, you must have admin permissions. Then, navigate to the People tab in the side menu by clicking on Access Settings.

Click the "+ Invite User" button at the top of the page.

Add the email address of the hiring manager and click Send invite.

Now you are all set and the hiring manager will receive an email to accept the invitation!
