How do I invite a candidate to Searchlight?

  1. Log into app.searchlight.ai/hirer

  2. Click on the Recruiting tab on the left panel

  3. Click on Invite Candidate at the top right of the page

  4. In the dropdown, select which position the candidate is applying for and enter in the email address of the candidates and click OK

  5. Sit back and let Searchlight take care of the rest!
