Instructions to set up the Greenhouse Integration (10-15 minutes)

Follow along this video (1 minute) as well as the description beneath the video.

1. If you completed steps in the video above correctly, you should have a Searchlight API key that can be found here (Left menu > Company Settings > ATS Settings > Greenhouse)

This is the API key you will need to share this with the Greenhouse support team

  1. Let Greenhouse know that you'd like to integrate with Searchlight.

    1. Email your Greenhouse customer support rep directly and let them know that you'd like to integrate with Searchlight by adding the Searchlight stage to your workspace and that you're ready to send them an API key.

      To avoid a common error, you might also want to ask them directly: "Can you make sure you add the "Searchlight" stage to our workspace, not the "Searchlight Dev" or "Searchlight Demo"? Thank you!"

  2. From there, Greenhouse will ask you for your API key (make sure you wait for them to respond before you give them the API key since it is sensitive information and has to follow security procedures), it should take 1-2 business days for Greenhouse to respond to your request with a SendSafely link

    1. Click the link and add the Searchlight API Key provided in Searchlight

  3. Once Greenhouse informs you that the integration is live, you can continue setting up the Searchlight stage in your Greenhouse instance by following this video (1 minute).
