Once your candidates and references fill out their surveys, you will be able to download reports on Usage and Data Analysis.

To download your reports, you will navigate to Reports under the Recruiting tab on the left panel.

From there you will find 3 tabs at the top of the page:

Usage Statistics:

This is where you will find Candidate and Reference engagement with Searchlight.

You will also find how your internal team is engaging with Searchlight as well

Data Analysis: This is where you will find the most common strengths for offered/hired candidates, Searchlight Scores, and Behavior Profiles.
