How do I re-invite a candidate to Searchlight?

If your candidate hasn't started filling out their references, you can re-invite them to fill out the information.

  1. Log into app.searchlight.ai

  2. Find and click on "Your Candidates" under Recruiting in the side panel on the left

  3. Search for the candidate and click on the candidate name.

  4. At the top of the page, you will find a tan colored bar that will show when the next reminder is scheduled to be sent.

  5. Click on "Send Reminder"

*You can also update the email address of the candidate by clicking on "Update Email" on the tan bar*
