How do I Integrate my HRIS with Searchlight?

We integrate with many different HRIS and you can set up your integration with these easy few steps!

  1. Log into Searchlight

  2. Click on Company Settings ---> HRIS Settings

3. Click "Connect" your HRIS in the left corner

4. Select your HRIS from the list provided

5. Follow the steps with Merge to integrate

6. You're set!

We connect these HRIS fields:

  • first_name

  • last_name

  • email

  • manager_email

  • manager_first_name

  • manager_last_name

  • team

  • start_date (MM/DD/YYYY)

  • employment_status

  • ethnicity (optional)

  • gender (optional)

Note: Fields like start date are important for triggering automated Manager and Self Reflections. Other fields like team, ethnicity, and gender are important for conducting analysis by segment for Quality of Hire.
