As your candidates and their references complete their surveys, you can download the candidate report as a PDF and share that with the team!
To view and download a PDF report, you will follow the steps below.
Log into app.searchlight.ai
Click on Recruiting > Your Candidates
Click on the candidate name that you would like to pull the report for
The new PDF is accessible in-app if you go to a Talent Snapshot, and click “Download Report” and then “Question-centric Report”
The new PDF is also attached as an attachment to the summary emails sent to Hirers that subscribe to notifications for the candidate’s Position, once the references are complete
The new PDF is also uploaded to Greenhouse as a file, once the references are complete
