How to create an intake
Step 1: Click the left tab in your Searchlight workspace
Step 2: Click “Predict”
Step 3: Click “Intake”
Step 4: Click “Create” on the top right corner of the page
Step 5: Choose from “Start from scratch” or “Start from a template”
Step 6: If you Start from Template, search or select the name of the template in the left column.
Step 7: If you Start from scratch, you’ll start inputting information
Step 8: Name the Intake
Step 9: Select an Intake Survey (Preview allows you to see the survey questions)

Step 10: Copy/Paste the URL of the ATS job (example: app2.greenhouse.io/sdash/47122869122)
If you skip this step now, we highly recommend that you come back and add the ATS URL before you send your first candidate through Searchlight for the relevant Job. This will connect the Intake insights to the candidate's data report.

Step 11: Select a career framework for the role
Step 12: Select “Manage Access” in the top right hand corner
Step 13: Invite team members to either “View” or “Submit a Survey and View
Step 14: Have the Hiring manager fill out the Intake experience
