When you are logged into app.searchlight.ai and click on the left panel, you will find your company settings. Here is where you can make changes to what the candidate sees, ATS Settings, HRIS Settings, hiring team notifications, and communication that is sent to your candidates and references.
General Settings - This is where you can select whether or not you would like your candidate to see the position name in Searchlight while they are filling out their references or self-assessment. This is defaulted to yes
2. ATS Settings - here is where you will select and connect your ATS to Searchlight.

3. HRIS Settings - Here is where you will connect your HRIS with Searchlight and find employee information such as team, start date, and employment status.

4. Notification Settings - Here is where you can connect your Slack workspace with Searchlight in order to receive Slack notifications. Email notifications are on by default.
5. Comms Settings - Here is where you can update your logo and edit the details of the emails your candidates or references receive.
