Live in your instance, we have seeded "Benchmark Behavioral Models", so you can hire with science for every Engineering and Sales role.

To get started, navigate to "Behavioral Models" under Predict and go to the "Benchmark Behavioral Models" sub-tab to see six Gold Standard Behavioral Models for Account Executive and Software Engineer Career Paths.

  • Account Executive Career Path

    • Sales Development Representative

    • Account Executive

    • Sales Management (Director +)

  • Software Engineer Career Path

    • Software Engineer (L1- to L3)

    • Senior Software Engineer (L4+)

    • Engineering Management

These benchmarks were created based on the highest scoring Quality of Hire individuals across our 100,000+ data set.

To use these benchmarks, select any of the talent models and "Apply to a Job Intake". When you apply them to a "Job Intake", it will apply to all current and future candidates tied to that Intake and generate a Match Score for each candidate.

Over time, we will continue to improve these benchmarks and expand these benchmarks to include more roles and levels over time.
