How the Interview Generator Works
Create or Edit a Job: Start on our home page by creating a new job or selecting the "try it out" button on the AI-Generated Behavioral Interview card. You can also start by editing an existing Job.
Add Soft Skills and Culture Traits: Add Soft Skills and Culture Traits to the Job you are creating or editing. You can either add from an existing Talent Model or select one of our out-of-the-box benchmark Talent Models that are comprised of the key soft skills and culture traits from top performers.
Generate Interview: Once your Job has soft skills and culture traits assigned, the "Generate Interview" button can be activated!
Review Behavioral Interview Questions: Once you click this button, it will generate an interview question for each of the key "Strengths to hire for".
Edit Questions or Rubrics: Every behavioral trait in the Interview comes with 3-5 AI-generated questions you can choose from. We default select one; however, you can always swap out the question and modify the rubric.
Share with your Hiring Team: Once the interview questions are finalized, you can export these questions in a .csv or invite members of your hiring team into the Job workspace.
